SSC CHSL 2019: Registration closes tomorrow at 5 pm; apply now to avoid last minute rush

SSC CHSL 2019: Registration is slated to close tomorrow i.e. on Friday, 5th April 2019, on the official website of Staff Selection Commission (SSC) – ssc.nic.in. The online application process for Combined Higher Secondary Level (10+2) Examination 2019 began on Tuesday, 5th March 2019, last month. SSC has invited applications for the posts of Lower Division Clerk (LDC)/ Junior Secretariat Assistant (JSA), Postal Assistant (PA)/ Sorting Assistant (SA), Data Entry Operator (DEO), and Data Entry Operator, Grade ‘A’. Class 12th pass candidates falling in the age bracket of 18-27 years (as on 1 st August 2019) are eligible to apply for SSC CHSL 2019 examination. Staff Selection Commission (SSC) is scheduled to organize the Tier I Computer Based Test (CBT) from 1st July 2019 to 26th July 2019. Those who clear the Tier I examination will qualify to appear for the Tier II Descriptive Paper, which will be organized on 29th September 2019. The finally selected candidates for the post of Lower Division Clerk (LDC)/ Junior Secretariat Assistant (JSA) will be placed in the Pay Band -1 (Rs. 5200-20200), Grade Pay: Rs. 1900 (pre-revised); Postal Assistant (PA)/ Sorting Assistant (SA) - Pay Band -1 (Rs. 5200-20200), Grade Pay: Rs. 2400 (pre-revised); while for the posts of Data Entry Operator (DEO) & Data Entry Operator, Grade “A”, the applicable pay scale is Pay Band-1 (Rs. 5200-20200), Grade Pay: Rs. 2400 (pre-revised). Interested candidates must not wait for tomorrow’s deadline and submit their online application for SSC CHSL 2019 Tier I Examination at the earliest to avoid last minute rush or technical issues due to heavy traffic.
